Job Qualification:

* Basic Microsoft Word & Excel Skills

* Wholesale shipping experience a plus

* Bi-Lingual in Chinese a plus

* A self-motivated, detailed oriented person

* A team player and willing to step up & help other staff

Job Details:

* Arrange timely FedEx, UPS, & trucking pick ups & deliveries (will train)

* Invoice customers using OMS software (will train)

* Prepare daily delivery log

* Assist Shipping Supervisor & Sales Staff with various projects

* Email & File customer invoices

* Perform general office tasks (answering phone calls & greet walk-in customers)

Compensation:

Range $19 - $21/Hour based on experience
