Warehouse Operations Manager – Key Duties

• Oversee daily operations: Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

• Lead the team: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff. Set KPIs and drive performance.

• Manage inventory: Maintain accurate records through cycle counts. Optimize layout and space utilization.

• Control costs: Monitor labor, supplies, and equipment usage. Stay within budget and find efficiency gains.

• Ensure safety: Enforce OSHA/compliance standards. Conduct safety checks and handle incident investigations.

• Use data & WMS: Analyze operational metrics and leverage the Warehouse Management System to improve processes.
