Job Description:
Our company is looking for a full-time experienced Warehouse Operator to be responsible for handling air import shipments in our Vernon & Inglewood warehouse.
- Tracking and tracing shipment to ensure cargo movement & delivery
- Monitors daily import shipments with airlines
- Sort CBP HOLD items based on HOLD list, and coordinate with CBP
- Coordinate with Warehouse Staff for Inbound and Outbound status updates (POD, Receiving, etc.) - Prepares the paperwork and other documents
- Update shipment data in system
- Performs other duties as required and assigned
Required Skills:
- At least one-year warehouse experiences
- Air Import experiences (Bonded Warehouse experience) is a plus
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Familiar in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Ability to work under limited supervision
- Highly motivated and team oriented
- English and Mandarin proficiency preferred
- Excellent listening, negotiation skill
