Key Responsibilities

• Independently source and procure materials, components, and finished goods

• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure supply reliability and cost-effectiveness

• Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize procurement operations

• Oversee inventory across multiple warehouse locations and manage reorder levels

• Analyze purchasing trends, cost data, and inventory reports using Excel and ERP tools to support data-driven decisions

• Track and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, logistics) to align procurement with business needs

• Evaluate vendor performance and recommend process improvements

• Stay current with industry trends to inform sourcing strategies

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

• Manage shipment bookings, track logistics, and maintain accurate ERP records

• Handle invoice processing and resolve payment discrepancies with A/P
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of procurement, supply chain, or purchasing experience.

• Advanced Excel skills (i.e. pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) 

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills

• Excellent communication and coordination with cross-functional teams

• Proven ability to manage procurement tasks independently

• Experienced in supplier communication and coordination with overseas operations

• Experience in a similar industry (e.g., plumbing, hardware, industrial supply, or distribution) strongly preferred

• Experience working with ERP systems to manage procurement and inventory workflows
