a fast-growing startup in the Asian snack wholesale industry in LA CA region, specializing in short-shelf-life snack and drink products imported from China and across Asia. We distribute wholesale to local supermarkets, online retail platforms and manage retail sales across online retail platforms. We are looking for an energized Sales & Product Manager to oversee warehouse inventory, sales, and marketing while helping us scale our operations and develop our business.

Job Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development (40%)

• Develop and maintain B2B partnerships with local supermarkets (GreatWall, T&T, Ranch99, etc.) and online retailers (Weee!, Temu, etc.).
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and distribution agreements to expand our market presence.
• Develop new wholesale opportunities and onboard new retail partners.
• Create and update product catalogs, marketing materials, using Excel / Word.
• Generate business and sales reports and conduct reporting sessions to analyze performance and identify opportunities.

Online Retail & Marketing (40%)

• Manage online new product registration across platforms (Weee!, Temu, etc.). including oversee promotional campaigns for online and offline sales.
• Packaging and shipping retail packages.
• Monitor online sales performance and collaborate on product marketing strategies.

Warehouse & Inventory Management (20%)

• Oversee update product and inventory; using QuickBooks Online to manage stock levels and products and customers.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring order accuracy and efficient fulfillment. Generate invoicing and packaging shipment.
• Maintain warehouse organization, and compliance with food safety regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

✅ Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and creatively in a fast-paced, startup environment.

✅ Language: Fluent in Chinese/Mandarin  & English (spoken and written).

✅ Sales Experience: Prior B2B sales experience in the Asian grocery/snack industry preferred.

✅ Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and QuickBooks Online for inventory and invoicing. Can use Wechat, product photo taking and editing.

✅ Analytical Skills: Ability to generate and present business & sales reports.

✅ Warehouse Operations: Familiar with inventory management, logistics coordination, and warehouse best practices.

✅ E-Commerce Knowledge: Experience selling on Weee!, Yami, or similar platforms is preferred.

✅ Wholesale/Retail Network: Established connections with local supermarkets like GreatWall, Ranch 99 etc local supermarkets is a plus.
