Education and Experience:
Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be:
 
Education:

• Equivalent to an associate's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in human resources management, public administration, business administration, or a related field.

• Four (4) years of professional experience in human resources administration including employee benefits administration. Experience working in a public agency human resources department is highly desirable.
