Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Any combination of education, training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform in the position is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be:
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in human resources management, public or business administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Four (4) years of increasingly responsible professional experience performing complex and special project work related to human resources, risk management, and/or employee benefits administration.
