Education:
Graduation from high school or evidence of equivalent education proficiency.
 
Experience:
Two years of experience in financial record keeping and reporting, involving computer and web-based accounting systems.

Knowledge of:

• Principles, practices, and requirements of computer-based accounting and financial applications and systems.
• Accounting office equipment such as 10-key.
• Microsoft Excel and Word and related software applications.
• Methods of financial record keeping.
• Principles, practices, and terminology of school district accounting, financial analysis and reporting, and Standardized Account Code Structure.

• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
• Work effectively in a team oriented environment to accomplish shared goals.
• Operate standard office equipment and computer hardware and software for processing financial data.
• Learn and apply in-house and industry standard automated systems and computer applications.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing to provide and obtain information.

• Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines amidst continuous interruptions.
