EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience: High School diploma or High School Equivalency Certificate), and two years of accredited college or university in engineering and four years of relevant experience, two years of which must have been at the Engineering Technician I level.
Please note: Proof of completion of two years of accredited college or university in engineering will need to be provided prior to interviews.
Examples of college or university course work in Engineering include: Engineering, Environmental, Science, Math and etc.
Relevant Experience is defined as: Experience working with industrial control systems and/or experience with installation, programming, maintenance, and/or troubleshooting/debugging of SCADA systems. Knowledge of configuration and maintenance of SCADA servers, databases, and networking equipment.
