• Infor IPS & Rhythm for Civics business license, permitting and planning software.
• Tessitura ticketing software.
• Microsoft SQL SSRS and/or Crystal Reports.
• Principles, practices and methods of computer programming and systems analysis.
• Computer systems, PC, WAN/LAN, and data communications/security systems.
• Principles and techniques for evaluation of work processes for new or revised web applications.
• Database design, performance tuning, security, and data warehouse management.
• Network/telecommunications related installations and management.

Ability to:  

• Analyze and resolve software and hardware issues.
• Conduct detailed analyses of computer systems in operation and make recommendations for improved system hardware and software.
• Installation and troubleshooting of network configurations.
• Establish workflow and procedures for the implementation of systems.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all City department personnel, vendors and consultants.
