Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in Business Administration, Public Administration, Urban Planning, Economics, or related field and two (2) years of progressively professional staff experience in finance and/or program management of government grants or contracts.
HIGHLY DESIRABLE
- Experience with monitoring procedures and management of contracts and grants, preferably in the public or non-profit sectors.
- Experience with interpreting and applying policies, procedures, laws, and regulations to federally and local funded programs.
