• Associate's degree in a relevant field.
• Four years of progressively responsible experience in the administration of claims and loss control programs in an insurance company, brokerage or employer risk management department.
• Experience in a public agency or handling government tort claims for public entity (s) is preferred.

Must possess a valid California Class C driver's license and comply with the City's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy during the course of employment.
