- Requirements
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
We need you to submit proof of education along with the application. Acceptable documents are:- A photocopy of diploma or official transcript OR
- A verification or confirmation letter from the school's Registrar's Office on the official letter head of the school, with college or university seal. It should indicate that the student has completed all the academic requirements.
Applicants who served in the military and were honorably discharged, you may qualify for Veteran's Credit. We will need a copy of your form DD214 to review, so please include that with your application.

License:
A valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to use an alternative method of transportation when needed to perform the job.

Our Assessment Process:
Once we have determined that you meet the requirements, we will invite you to take multiple-choice and/or simulation assessment of the competencies required for this job weighted at 100%.
We will assess Professional Potential, Achievement, Coping with Uncertainty, Responsibility, Working to High Quality Standards, Willingness to Learn, Working Relationships, Analyzing Information, Learning Quickly, Generating New Ideas, Using Time Efficiently, Adapting to Change, Numerical Reasoning, Deductive Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
Once you complete the assessments, you are not able to review them per Civil Service Rule 7.19.

You must meet the requirements and achieve a passing score of 70% or higher on the multiple-choice and/or simulation assessment in order to be placed on the eligible list.
