The ideal candidate will possess the following desirable qualifications:
- Hands on experience with Business Systems.
- Experience conducting research and/or statistical studies to support business decision making
- Experience working with business users to document current business requirements or improved workflows.
- Experience using Power BI, DAX, and/or Excel functions such as formulas, PivotTables, and Charts.
- Experience using SQL.
- Experience with IT Systems Management (ITSM), Enterprise Service Management (ESM), or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
- Hands on experience in configuring case management systems.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills conveying technical requirements to non-technical audiences.
- Experience running test automation, performance/load testing.

EXAMINATION INFORMATION:
PART I: Qualifying evaluation of education, training and experience based upon submitted application materials and supplemental questionnaire.
PART II: An online examination, weighted 100%, assessing five professional/technical knowledge areas. No person may complete this assessment more than once every 12 months.- CHANGE MANAGEMENT - Covers analytical skill, change management skill, change planning skill, change promotion, innovation skill, and interpersonal skill.
- SOFTWARE BUSINESS ANALYSIS - Covers Business Process, Diagramming and Modeling, Documentation, Joint Application Development, Methodologies and Tools, Project Development, Requirements Gathering, System Design, and User Interface.
