We have the perfect opportunity available in Human Resources for the position of Human Resources Analyst or Senior Human Resources Analyst. This position plays a key role and the ideal candidate will not be defined by any one discipline, but rather a blend of experience, creative vision, and initiative. Impact is key! - Modernize and enhance current Human Resources programs and functions
- Assist the Human Resources Administrator in strengthening the City's Wellness Program, Intranet, and other areas of employee engagement
- Coordination and daily oversight of recruitment and selection processes, talent acquisition and retention
- Assist employees, public and private organizations, and other community groups with all areas of human resources functions
- Prepare, administer, and monitor the benefits program
- Plan and conduct comprehensive surveys, job evaluations, and classification specification development
- Assist in the preparation and administration of the budget, and monitor appropriate budgeting and expenditure controls

- Minimum Qualifications
Any combination of education and/or experience that has provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for successful job performance is qualifying. An example would be:
- At least three years of responsible experience involving professional level duties in areas of Human Resources and Risk Management
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
