Requirements:

Qualified applicants for the Great Wall Security Officer position will meet the requirements, as described below:

-              At least 21 years of age

-              High school diploma or equivalent required

-              Must display exceptional customer service skills

-              Must possess basic written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate via text

-              Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions

-              Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting

-              Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently

-              Remain flexible to ever changing environments: adapt well to different situations

Physical and Mental Abilities:

Applicants must be able to:

-              Stand or walk constantly on various surfaces

-              Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift

-              Occasionally bend / twist at waist / knees / neck to perform various duties

-              Work in various environments including adverse and extreme conditions such as cold, rain or heat

-              Constant mental alertness and attention to detail required

-              Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds

-              Run as needed

Role and Responsibility:

Security Officer Duties:

-              Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

-              Permit authorized persons to enter property, and monitors entrances and exits

-              Perform security patrols in designated areas on foot or in a vehicle

-              Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safe, hazards

-              Warn violators of infractions base on client policies

-              Alert locate authorities in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons

-              Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities

角色和责任：

保安员职责：

- 以礼貌和专业的方式为客户，员工和访客提供帮助

- 允许授权人员进入产业区，并监控入口和出口

- 在步行或车辆的指定区域进行安全巡逻

- 注意可能产生安全问题或安全危险的不正常或异常情况

- 根据客户规定依法警告违规者

- 如果发生火灾或有未经授权的人员非法闯入，及时报警

- 调查并准备有关事故和可疑活动的报告
