The Law Offices of Scott Warmuth is seeking a highly organized, bilingual, and people-oriented Marketing Communications Coordinator to support our growing marketing, client communications, and community outreach efforts.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced work environments, community engagement, event coordination, and client-facing communication. The role will work closely with our marketing team, attorneys, intake department, and external partners on a variety of campaigns and special projects, including community events.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate marketing campaigns, community outreach, and client communication initiatives

• Assist with Town Hall meetings, seminars, and community events
• Conduct client follow-up and maintain communication with prospective and existing clients
• Support bilingual communication efforts in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
• Coordinate with attorneys, intake staff, vendors, and external partners
• Assist with email campaigns, SMS campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials
• Help manage project timelines, outreach tracking, and campaign organization
• Support day-to-day operational and administrative marketing tasks

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese required Cantonese plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Marketing, communications, public relations, or client engagement background preferred
• Experience with event coordination, client service, or community outreach is a plus
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace/ Mailchimp/
• Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, or social media management is preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for events when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Law firm, healthcare, nonprofit, or community organization experience preferred
• Familiarity with Chinese community outreach and digital platforms (WeChat,Rednote/Xiaohongshu, etc.) is a plus
• Experience with AI tools, content creation, or digital marketing is a plus
