Job Overview:
Paramount Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Drayage Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Rancho Cucamonga. This role plays a key part in coordinating import and export drayage operations for containerized cargo. The ideal candidate has experience in freight forwarding or drayage, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service while ensuring accurate shipment tracking, documentation, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive A/N and delivery order with data entry
- Track shipment from SSL & Terminal on releasing status, and CBP exam if any
- Provide shipment update to the customer - shipper and consignee
- Coordinate with dispatcher and receiver to arrange the delivery, with troubleshooting issues in a timely manner
- Prepare and review freight invoice with proper documents
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments
- Communicate with customers while providing exceptional customer service
- Request quotations for shipments, schedule trucking deliveries
- Keep accurate shipment records
- Utilize own research, relationships, experience, problem-solving, and analytical skills to bring in potential customers
- Other duties assigned by team leader

Requirements:
- Freight Forwarding: 1 year (Required)
- Basic computer skills (E-mail, Web browsing, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Fluency in English (Verbal & Written), Chinese (Mandarin) required
- Excellent customer service with troubleshooting ability
