A fast growing wholesale company Open new location in Lake Elsinore Ca. We are looking for a new member to join our Sales Team or Office Clerks. English is a must! any other languages (Chinese or Spanish) are appreciated.

Basic computer knowledge : Word, Excel

Work Time: Mon - Fri from 8.30AM - 5:00PM

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Hour Rate: $18.00 to $20.00

Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, aiming for resolution and satisfaction

Promote and upsell products or services that meet customer needs, supporting sales objectives

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with our service

Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices

Stay informed about product updates, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers

Experience

Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

Friendly demeanor with a professional attitude

Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
