Winheart Living is an emerging e-commerce company specializing in furniture and home goods, headquartered in Georgia with its own logistics center in the area.  Currently, the company focuses on the US domestic market, with the future goal of expanding its business throughout the Americas. In addition to B2C online sales, we also plan to expand our business to B2B corporate clients and trade show channels.

Our manager's vision is to create a furniture and home goods brand that combines high quality, strong design, and excellent value. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced warehouse professional fluent in both English and Chinese to join our team.

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of workers engaged in materials movement, handling, receiving, loading, unloading, transporting, stacking, order filling, shipping, and maintaining stock in the warehouse.

岗位职责：

· 负责公司仓库的整体运营管理

· 货柜卸载，入库，发货及库存管理

· 仓库基础设施的规划与搭建

· 仓储系统的建立与优化

· 管理和协调仓库员工的日常工作

· 物流管理，包括：

o 货柜进口报关流程

o 组织货物的尾程配送至终端B2C客户

· 与其他部门协作，确保物流高效顺畅

Responsible for the overall operation and management of the company's warehouse.

• Handling container unloading, receiving, shipping, and inventory management.

• Planning and setting up warehouse infrastructure.

• Establishing and optimizing the warehousing system.

• Managing and coordinating the daily work of warehouse employees.

• Logistics management, including:

    o Container import customs clearance procedures

    o Organizing last-mile delivery of goods to end B2C customers

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient and smooth logistics.

任职要求：

· 至少3-5年仓储与物流管理经验

· 熟悉美国的进出口和B2C物流流程

· 良好的组织能力与沟通能力

· 会使用WMS仓储系统

· 具备团队管理经验者

· 英语良好沟通能力（中文必须，英语加分项）

· 持有叉车驾驶证并能熟练操作升降叉车（Stapler）

At least 3-5 years of experience in warehousing and logistics management

• Familiarity with US import/export and B2C logistics processes

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in using WMS warehouse management systems

• Experience in team management

• Good command of English (Chinese is mandatory, English is a plus)

• Valid forklift driver's license and proficiency in operating forklifts
