Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated CAD Operator to join our team at JALTIA Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate CAD drawings that support architectural and permitting processes. You will work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure all drawings meet client needs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Create existing drawings by converting PDF files to CAD, conduct on site measurements to produce accurate CAD drawings.

•    Prepare layout plans based on client needs, including 3D renderings when required

•    Produce drawing for building permit applications and coordinate with various engineers (structural, electrical, mechanical, etc.)

•    Handle drawing submissions and application procedures with the necessary government agencies

Skills and Experience required:

•    Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software

•    Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

•    Familiar with 2D drafting and introductory 3D modeling

•    Fundamental knowledge of construction/architecture/engineering terminology

•    Strong attention to detail and accuracy

•    Fluent in both English and Chinese
