Job Title: Sales & Business Development Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships, and building long-term, stable business partnerships.

You will also provide high-quality customer service, manage various business and operational processes, and represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences. This position requires occasional domestic and international business travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new customers and maintain existing client relationships to continuously expand the company’s customer base.

  • Deliver timely, professional, and high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

  • Handle business operations including import customs declaration, procurement, order processing, invoicing, warehousing, logistics coordination, and related administrative tasks.

  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services and enhance brand visibility.

  • Travel domestically and internationally to visit customers and manufacturers, conduct business negotiations, and strengthen cooperative partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in product sales is required.

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze markets and assess profitability.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.

  • Fluency in both Chinese and English, with strong listening, speaking, and reading skills; ability to handle basic business written communication is a plus.

  • 具備優秀的溝通、協調與談判能力,能與客戶建立並維持良好合作關係。

  • 精通中英文,具備良好的聽、說、讀能力,能應付基本商務書面溝通者佳。
