We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships, and building long-term, stable business partnerships.
You will also provide high-quality customer service, manage various business and operational processes, and represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences. This position requires occasional domestic and international business travel.
Develop new customers and maintain existing client relationships to continuously expand the company’s customer base.
Deliver timely, professional, and high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Handle business operations including import customs declaration, procurement, order processing, invoicing, warehousing, logistics coordination, and related administrative tasks.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services and enhance brand visibility.
Travel domestically and internationally to visit customers and manufacturers, conduct business negotiations, and strengthen cooperative partnerships.
Proven experience in product sales is required.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze markets and assess profitability.
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Fluency in both Chinese and English, with strong listening, speaking, and reading skills; ability to handle basic business written communication is a plus.

精通中英文,具備良好的聽、說、讀能力,能應付基本商務書面溝通者佳。
