我们正在寻找一位积极主动、细致负责的 市场推广专员 加入团队。此职位需要具备中英文双语能力，熟悉美国与中国的数字营销生态，能够在快节奏的环境中有效执行项目。

主要工作内容
协助策划与执行数字广告与市场营销活动。协助管理社交媒体后台，包括 Facebook、Instagram、YouTube 等平台。使用 Canva、Adobe 等工具协助制作宣传素材。协助维护与更新公司网站（WordPress / Elementary）。协助追踪并分析 Google Ads 与 Meta Ads 的投放表现。配合团队完成品牌宣传、内容制作、活动支持等任务。

-（加分项）参与中国社交媒体平台 小红书、微信、微博 的内容管理。

职位要求
流利的中英文读写能力（必需）。熟练使用 Canva、Adobe 等营销设计工具。具备基本的 WordPress / Elementary 网站操作能力。对 Google 广告、Meta 广告 有基础认识。熟悉 Facebook、Instagram、YouTube 等平台的后台操作。有小红书、微信、微博等中国社交媒体经验者 优先。有 Event Planner / 活动策划经验者 优先。
其他要求
具备优秀的 沟通能力 与 团队合作能力。对市场趋势与行业变化有敏锐的观察力。具备强大的 规划、执行与总结 能力。必须居住在 洛杉矶地区，可通勤。绿卡或美国公民优先。
根据工作表现，可提供 H-1B 工作签证支持。

Key Responsibilities
-Assist with planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
-Manage backend operations for social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
-Support content creation using Canva, Adobe Suite, and other marketing tools.
-Update and maintain company websites (WordPress / Elementary).
-Conduct basic analysis of Google Ads and Meta Ads performance.
-Collaborate with the team on marketing materials, branding, and event support.(Plus)
-Participate in project coordination for events, expos, and promotional activities.(Plus)
-Assist with Chinese social media marketing including Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Weibo

Qualifications
Fluent in both Chinese and English (reading and writing required).
-Proficient in Canva and Adobe tools.Basic understanding of WordPress / Elementoray.
-Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads preferred.
-Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube backend operations.
-Experience with Chinese platforms (Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Weibo) is a strong plus.
-Event planning experience is a plus.
