岗位职责 / Responsibilities

开发并维护与大型零售商（如 Target, Walmart, Costco, Hmart, 99 Ranch 等）的合作关系

Develop and maintain partnerships with major retailers (Target, Walmart, Costco, Hmart, 99 Ranch, etc.)

负责零售渠道业务拓展，完成公司销售目标

Drive retail channel expansion and achieve sales targets

参与价格谈判，确保物流与合规流程顺畅

Lead negotiations, contract agreements, and ensure smooth logistics and compliance

定期进行市场调研，收集行业趋势及竞品信息

Conduct market research and collect insights on industry trends and competitors

与供应链团队合作，优化库存和供应流程

Collaborate with supply chain team to optimize inventory and supply processes

任职要求 / Requirements

本科及以上学历，市场、国际贸易或相关专业优先

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, or related fields

3年以上销售经验，有零售渠道资源或快速消费品（FMCG）行业经验者优先

3+ years of sales experience, preferably with retail channel resources or FMCG background

出色的中英文沟通及谈判能力

Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Chinese and English

自我驱动力强，能独立开拓市场

Self-motivated, able to drive business development independently

熟悉美国零售市场，有成功的渠道开拓案例者优先

Familiarity with U.S. retail market; proven track record in channel development is a plus
