Key Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and processing purchase orders

• Track and update order statuses to ensure timely deliveries

• Support the procurement team with inventory checks and data entry

• Run basic reports and perform data entry/analysis using Excel

• Communicate with suppliers regarding basic order updates and follow-ups

• Maintain accurate records of invoices, shipments, and supplier information

• Help coordinate internal documentation and filing for procurement activities

• Collaborate with other departments (warehouse, production, sales) to support smooth operations

• Assist with booking shipments, tracking deliveries, and updating records in the ERP system

• Help process invoices and resolve basic payment issues with A/P

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (i.e. formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data entry)

• Comfortable working with data and generating basic reports

• Clear communication skills

• Bilingual in Mandarin preferred to communicate with international suppliers and teams

• Experience in similar industries (e.g., plumbing, hardware, manufacturing, or distribution) is a plus

• Experience using ERP systems for purchasing or inventory tracking preferred

• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
