With 3 strategically located warehouses we service three functional sales businesses vertically integrated to the Mass Market, Health Food and Ethnic channels of trade across the U.S.A., Canada, and Internationally.

Position Overview:
We have an immediate opportunity for an ambitious, energetic and positive individual.
We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist that will also support some aspects of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for all sales support duties that include but are not limited to:
● Responding to phone & email inquiries.
● Resolving customer complaints.
● Order entry & invoicing.
● Filing, filing dispute.
● Misc. clerical tasks.
● Some logistics and provide support to the Sales & Marketing teams.
Other duties as required to support team goals and objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:
● Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
● Must sustain a sense of urgency, strong commitment, and have great accountability to fulfill this position.
● Must be able to work in a fast pace working environment.
● Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
● Ability to build and maintain all customer relationships.
● Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
● Good problem solving and time management skills.
● Good experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
● Capability to learn invoicing/order processing systems.
● Previous experience in a sales support/customer service role or similar position is preferred.

Job Type:
Full-time, in person (Five days per week in office)

Pay:
$23.00 - $28.00 per hour, DOE
