Job Type

• Part-Time, 15 to 30 hours per week.

Pay

• $16.50 to $19 per hour (based on experience and availability), plus tips!

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with menu selections, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Operate the POS system accurately, handle transactions efficiently, and maintain a friendly smile and positive attitude, always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Prepare drinks based on the company's recipes and each customer's preferences, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Prepare house-made toppings and cook boba as needed throughout the day.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively prepare, refill, and restock ingredients as needed to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with receiving inventory deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including equipment and workstations.
• Convey customer feedback to the manager.
• Engage in sales promotions and distribute product samples at the entrance to drive sales growth.
• Assist the store management team with special events as needed with staff, decoration, setup, and preparation.
• Opening shifts: Follow standard opening procedures, including but not limited to cooking boba, brewing teas, preparing house-made toppings, dicing fresh fruits, and setting up the store for the day.
• Closing shifts: Follow standard closing procedures, including but not limited to cleaning equipment and workstation, sweeping, mopping, cleaning the front door windows and restroom, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out the trash.

Qualifications:

• Availability to work on weekends and holidays is required.
• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 35 lbs as part of regular job duties.
• Enthusiasm for boba tea, and a desire to work with a team that enjoys helping people.
• A positive and proactive attitude is a must!
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
