We are seeking a bilingual (English/Chinese preferred) Human Resources Manager to handle day-to-day HR operations including hiring, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. You’ll be working closely with management to support a team of field and office staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and termination processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documents
  • Ensure compliance with California labor laws and HR best practices
  • Assist with timekeeping and coordinate with payroll
  • Draft, implement, and update company policies and employee handbook
  • Handle employee concerns, evaluations, and disciplinary actions
  • Support a safe, fair, and positive workplace environment

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of HR experience required (construction or field labor environment is a plus)
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred
  • Solid knowledge of California employment regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Familiarity with ADP/QB or payroll systems is a plus
