外贸公司英文电话客服代表

工作地点：  City of Industry 工业市

岗位职责：

1.英文口语和写作熟练，负责接听电话，回复客人订单问题，回复客户邮件，能够快速，准确的处理客户的咨询和反馈

2.为客户提供良好的服务，妥善处理客户投诉与纠纷，负责客户关系维护

3.处理客户订单，并跟踪订单进展状况

任职要求：

1.要求在美合法工作身份

2.大专或以上学历 （美本优先考虑） 

3.有志于电子商务外贸行业发展，对电商工作具有兴趣和热情

4.具备良好的团队意识及客户服务精神，善与人沟通

所需技能：

英语、中文 （英文母语者优先考虑）

工作时间：早9AM 晚5PM （全职）

薪资：每小时$19-$21

Trade Company English  Customer Service Representative

Work Location: Ontario, City of Industry

Job Responsibilities:

1. Proficient in spoken and written English, responsible for answering phone calls, responding to customer order inquiries, replying to customer emails, and efficiently handling customer inquiries and feedback.

2. Provide excellent customer service, properly handle customer complaints and disputes, and maintain customer relationships.

3. Process customer orders and track order progress.

Job Requirements:

1. Must have legal work authorization in the U.S.

2. Associate degree or higher (U.S. bachelor's degree preferred).

3. Passionate about the e-commerce and foreign trade industry, with a keen interest in e-commerce work.

4. Strong team spirit and customer service mindset, with good communication skills.

Required Skills:

• English, Chinese (Native English speakers preferred)

Work Schedule:

• 9 AM - 5 PM (Full-time)

Salary & Benefits:

• Hourly wage: $19-$21

• 1-month probation period, with salary adjustment based on performance after passing the probation.
