Job Title: Office and Purchasing Assistant
Nature of work: full-time
Educational requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above
Work location: Placentia, CA
Job description:
1. AP/AR
2. Daily accounting recording
3. Purchasing for office essentials need and also ingredients for the production.
4. Receiving and making telephone calls to negotiate prices.
5. Assist staff in preparing purchase orders, verifying available funds and authorizations before purchase, and maintaining accounts.
6 Contact vendors to check on supply and equipment availability, invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and other issues as directed.
7 Detect and resolve problems with incorrect orders, invoices, and shipments.
8. Prepare shipping documents and maintain raw materials, label, package materials and etc. inventory.
9. Contacting and replying customers' questions and issues
10. Other work as required
Job Requirements:
1. At least 1-year work experience
2. Responsible and hard working
3. A legal tax status.
4. May support H1-B work visa
