IN HOUSE OR REMOTE Tax Preparation of mostly 1040 returns with Schedule C, E, sometimes ISO's and RSU's. Some 1065's, 1120-S and 1041's
We use LACERTE and SMART VAULT for accessing the clients scanned tax information, Lacerte organizer and back up tax information.
A file will be assigned based on desired number of files you would like per day.
We will prepare 1,500 tax returns this year, with 65-70% of those before 4-15-24
We need someone with a long history of Lacerte use, accurate input, deep knowledge of tax law, and efficient. Happy to pay your per hour fee. This is a contract or W-2 position however we will need people throughout the year and for years to come. ENROLLED AGENT is preferred, but we will consider CPA and/or tax preparer with adequate experience. We are located in the Bay Area with two offices. One in San Francisco and the other in Walnut Creek. WE WOULD PREFER YOU WORK AT OUR WALNUT CREEK OFFICE.
