Wushiland Boba is looking for a Business Development Associate, who will be responsible for conducting market research, promoting company brand, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities for the company －owned chain stores and franchise businesses.
Job Duties:
· Cultivating strong relationships with existing and new clients
· Maintaining relationships with the landlords and 3rd party vendors
· Developing and executing strategic sales plans
· Growing existing accounts for the franchise business development
· Identifying and developing new business opportunities
· Working closely with the executive and providing support to the HQ departments, store management team, and franchisees
· Ensuring that all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner
· Following up with the outsourcing marketing company to ensure marketing strategies properly apply to all stores
· Creating proposals and presentation materials
Requirement:
·4 years retail or related background
· Bachelor’s degree in a Business related major
· Understand the concepts of HR and Finance management
· Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English
· Strong communication and organization skills
· Demonstrate clear logic and positive ambitions

Salary: $52,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
