Qualifications: 

• 1 years retail / customer service management experience 

• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills

• Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity

Requirements: 

• Effectively execute store operations during scheduled shifts to meet standards of operation (customer experience, policies, security, and safety protocols, opening and closing procedures, etc)

• Execute quality beverages and provide memorable experiences to all customers

• Execute cash management processes according to company procedures and efficiently manage, organize, and maintain store inventory

• Assist the Store Manager in the training and development of Team Members by creating a positive team and learning environment
  

• Perform all work-related tasks as assigned by the Store Manager
