• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or related areas.
• 1 internship in data analytics in Supply Chain/Quality field
• Prior data analytics work experience.
  
  
• Ability to understand the context, choose effective visualization methods and attention to details for effective data storytelling.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Working knowledge Tableau is a plus.
• Programing skill using SQL, R and Python is a plus.
• Understanding of quality principles, product development processes, and data analysis.
• Automotive OEM, Tier1/2 or parallel industry experience preferred.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to show teamwork to be part of the solution.
• Exceptional technical writing, timely communication, and 
  interpersonal skills.
