Position Description：

1、Responsible for customer service and supplier connection

2、According to business needs, docking truck fleet

3、Familiar with overseas warehouse purchase, sale and inventory management, can coordinate warehouse warehousing, delivery and a series of warehouse work

4、Familiar with overseas warehouse charging standards, FEDEX and UPS logistics charging standards and changes

5、Familiar with different supplier warehouse delivery process and rules, to assist B2B customers to smoothly pick up goods

Job requirements：

1、college degree or above, English, international trade major is preferred, with English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

2、cross-border e-commerce logistics/overseas warehouse related work experience is preferred

3、with efficient communication, strong sense of responsibility, analysis and problem solving ability, cross-team cooperation ability

4、Careful, patient and responsive

5、Transactional follow-up needs to adapt to American working hours
