About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented mortgage loan processor. This position will play a vital part in communicating with referral partners, current and past clients, real estate agents, lenders, and underwriters to nurture relationships and develop new business. You will facilitate the completion of real estate loan applications, collect, analyze, and review supporting loan documentation in accordance with loan guidelines, and provide support throughout the loan application process. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Review loan applications and accompanying documentation
• Verify borrower information and request additional information or clarification as needed
• Order necessary documents such as credit reports, appraisals, and employment verifications
• Prepare loan files for submission to underwriters for review
• Organize and compile all relevant documents and ensure loan amounts and terms are within acceptable limits
• Confirm that loans meet all regulatory requirements
• Keep all parties informed of the status of the loan and any issues that may arise
• Serve as the primary contact and liaison between clients, managers, loan officers, and underwriter and conduct meetings to coordinate any follow-up items
• Ensure that loans are closed on time and within budget.
• Screen and make calls, book appointments and provide administrative support as needed

Requirements：
• High school diploma or equivalent is required, bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience as a mortgage loan processor, 5+ years of experience or underwriting experience is a huge plus
• Profound understanding of mortgage lending regulations and guidelines, including FHA, VA, and conventional loan programs, specifically No-doc loans
• Knowledgeable in loan origination software and automated underwriting systems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders involved in the loan process
• Strong attention to detail to ensure that loan documents are complete and accurate, and that loans meet all necessary requirements
• Ability to manage multiple loans simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to analyze loan documentation and identify potential issues or discrepancies, and work collaboratively with loan officers and underwriters to find solutions
