- Experience with implementation, enhancements, and support of integration tools for payroll, and good understanding of inbound and outbound payroll interfaces
- Experience in web service, XML, JSON, SQL, mapping designer, transformations
- Working with data formats and technologies like Flat file, FTP, Fixed width
- Experience with SQL, query tools, data connectors, orchestration, analyze and troubleshoot data related issues
- UltiPro payroll system implementation, integrations experience a big plus
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
- Advance knowledge of payroll processing, audits and data requirements
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with various levels of global end users
