Company Overview: We are a dynamic company operating in the education and import/export industries, located in the City of Industry, Los Angeles. We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Office Assistant to join our team.
Position: Office Assistant
Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles Area
Job Type: Full-time, In person (Not remote)
Job Description: As an Office Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our company's growth. This position requires proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin). You will work closely with our team in the early stages to help build and organize the company's structure. As our company grows, your role will shift towards daily office management.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
bilingual English proficiency
Have been in the US at least for 10 years
Fluent in spoken Chinese (Mandarin)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Familiarity with office software applications
Ability to commute/relocate to Industry, CA 91744; Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Salary: $4,500 - $5,000 per month (pre-tax), negotiable based on skills and experience
Additional Information:

Proficiency in Taiwanese culture and background is advantageous.
Candidates with Taiwanese living experience will be given preference.
