Job description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
- Assist in line manager in dealing with paperwork.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure a positive customer experience
- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold service standards

Experience:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both Chinese and English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

-Bilingual in Chinese and English is a must
