Position Summary:

1. AP&AR

2. Send statements regularly, review all current accounts receivable, and communicate with the customers and sales by phone/email in time.

3. Complete daily cash/check bookkeeping

4. Regular data collection and collation

5. Reconciling bank records, drafting financial documents

6. Evaluate financial budgets and track expenses

7. Daily office supplies, gift purchasing, booking air tickets, hotel, reimbursement, etc

8. Interact with overseas accounting department to complete the finance systems perfect.

Qualifications:

1. Mandarin is required

2. Associate degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent experience preferred.

3. 1 - 2 years accounting experience

4. Familar to Quickbook and Microsoft excel and word.

5. Strong execution,can finish the job without delay.

Salary: $45,000-60,000 base
