Job Description

Customer service representative – Provide general support to the sales team.

Salary - $18-20 / hour (depending on experience / training provided) + benefits

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

· Provide data entry, word processing, and typing for all sales team

· Maintain files, filing

· Assist Sales Manager and Customer service manager as needed

· Accurately complete all assigned paperwork and documentation on a timely basis according to agency policies and procedures

· Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

· Calendaring and scheduling of orders, supporting with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requirements

Associates Degree

Key Qualifications

- Proficient with 10 key (9000 KPH), typing (30 words/min), word processing, and excel

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in speaking English and Mandarin
