It has been designated a registered GMP facility for in vitro diagnostic medical devices by the FDA.

General Description

• Conduct daily environmental control inspection throughout the company;
• Perform label, insert or other marketing literature printing per request from Production, Sales or other departments;
• Issue Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Conformity per request from customer or other authorized individuals;
• Receive and review batch record from production and resolve any errors or discrepancies before submitting to QA manager for final batch release;
• Retrieve completed shipping records from Inventory control and/or Shipping department;
• File and maintain all DHR (device history record) generated on a daily basis in an organized and secured environment;
• Assist third party audit/assessment by promptly retrieve environmental control, production or other applicable records;
• Assist in collecting and analyzing statistical data from production record;
• Performs additional tasks when necessary;
• Acting as inventory control and Maintain the inventory spread sheet of Chemical and Antigens;

Work Experience Requirements

• Minimum one year of quality assurance related work experience;
• Exposure to cGMP-compliant medical device manufacturing environment is preferable;
• Experience of coordinating cross-department activities is a must;

Education Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite;

*Laboratory Experience Preferred

*Oversee ISO 17025 2017 Implementation

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
