全国销售经理

 

目前我们正在招聘一位经验丰富的全国销售经理,负责管理销售团队,推动品牌的增长和扩张,使销售业绩达到更高的水平。该职位将直接在公司总裁的监督下工作,并将在整个美国的产品和市场战略的发展和形成中发挥突出作用。 

 主要职责:

·  制定公司销售长期增长战略,并通过运用战略规划技巧、竞争分析、市场开发来实现

·  执行销售计划和新市场渗透策略

·  管理销售团队,指导销售过程,包括公司所有产品的开发、鉴定和定位

·  设计区域性和全国行的销售方案,以增加公司收入 

·  开发分销和零售渠道,拓展现有客户和区域,完成销售目标

·  与客户的项目经理、设计师及工程师建立并保持良好的关系,给客户提供最好的产品选项

·  对合作伙伴施加影响以开发和扩大市场销售机会,最大化品牌曝光率

·  就新产品与工厂进行设计协调并与客户进行价格谈判

·  向客户推广新产品,了解市场新趋势

·  OEM客户密切合作以满足其产品需要

·  OEM客户的巡回赛部门合作 

·  输入OEM出口订单,与工厂协商交货时间

·  审查现有OEM定价,并制度新年度之价格

·  OEM客户和工厂合作处理合规问题

 

教育/职位要求: 

 

须懂中英文 

学士学位或以上(商科优先) 

需要有高尔夫或钓鱼经验 

3 年以上销售行业相关经验,包括制造、零售、分销和批发

必须有良好的业绩记录和全面的工作经验

优秀的沟通和表达能力 

基本的电脑操作能力 

会使用Microsoft OfficeWordExcel PowerPoint 

 

其它要求: 

 

需要国内贸易展览商务旅行

能搬动30 磅的重量

National Sales Manager:

We are currently looking to hire an experienced National Sales Manager to oversee the entire sales force and drive the growth and expansion of the brand to the next level of performance. This role will work directly under the supervision of the company President and will play a prominent role in development and shaping of the strategy of both products and markets throughout the United States.

- Development of the long-term growth strategy for the company sales. This will be achieved by utilizing strategic planning skills, competitive analysis, market development.

- Implementing sales business plan and the penetration strategies for new markets. Development of existing accounts and territories to achieve sales goals.

- Manage an experienced sales team by directing the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying and positioning of all company products.

- Independently design and develop regional and national sales programs oriented to increase company revenue.

- Influence the partner to develop and expand market sales opportunities and maximize brand exposure.

- Negotiate pricing for each new design. Work with the Tour Departments for each OEM customer.

- Enter many export orders for OEM’s, working with factory on lead-time issues. Deal with annual review for existing OEM grip pricing.
