我公司是位于洛杉矶City of Industry的正规电子工业生产,销售企业,因业务扩展需要招收办公室文员及售后双语客服(RMA)各一名,男女不限,年龄不限,必需有熟练中,英文拼写能力,中(国,粤语不限),英语言交流流利,熟练使用Microsoft Exel,Microsoft Word等办公软件及各类办公设备,有团队意识,做事认真细心,为人正直,对工作负责任。无需本行业工作经验,有本行业经验者优先,具有在美合法工作身份,需合法报税。工作时间周一到周五,上午AM:8:30到下午PM:5时,30分钟午休时间。每天工作八小时,待遇优厚,有国家法定节假日及带薪病假,薪资面议,薪高粮准。  
岗位1:办公室文员  
应聘要求:

工作内容:  
1)、办公室日常工作,包括但不限于行政管理,文档单据管理、信息录入;  
2). 联系安排工人  
3). 来电接听转接  
4).办公文件处理 
岗位2:售后双语客服(RMA) 
应聘要求: 
1)具备熟练的中,英文拼写能力,及流利的中(国,粤语不限)英语言交流。  
2). 熟练使用Microsoft Exel,Microsoft Word等办公软件及各类办公设备, 
3).有团队意识,做事认真细心,为人正直,对工作负责任。 
4).具有在美合法工作身份,需合法报税。 
工作内容: 
1)、接待客户:负责售后接待,解答客户提问并落实问题,处理退换货快递异常等问题; 
2)、处理投诉:回复顾客评价,处理后台顾客投诉; 
3)、收集客户信息:对客户信息、需求、建议进行收集整理分析; 
4),了解买家反馈的问题,及时做出回访答复,改进。

 Our company is a formal electronics production and sales company located in the City of Industry in Los Angeles. Due to business expansion, we need to recruit an office clerk and an after-sales bilingual customer service (RMA). There are no restrictions on men and women, and there is no age limit. Proficiency in Chinese and English spelling is required. Ability, Chinese (Chinese, Cantonese are not limited), fluent in English, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and other office software and various office equipment, team awareness, serious and careful work, integrity, and responsibility for work. No work experience in this industry is required, those with experience in this industry are preferred, have legal work status in the United States, and need to file tax returns legally. Working hours Monday to Friday, AM: 8:30 AM to PM: 5:00 PM, 30-minute lunch break. Working eight hours a day, good remuneration, national statutory holidays and paid sick leave, salary negotiable, high salary standard.

Position 1: Office Clerk

Application requirements:

1) Possess proficient Chinese and English spelling skills, and fluent Chinese (Chinese, Cantonese) English language communication.

2). Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and other office software and various office equipment,

3). Team awareness, serious and careful work, integrity, and responsibility for work.

4). Have a legal working status in the United States and need to file tax returns legally.

Work content:

1) Daily office work, including but not limited to administrative management, document management, information entry;

2). Contact and arrange workers

3). Call answering and forwarding

4). Office document processing

Position 2: After-sales bilingual customer service (RMA)

Application requirements:

1) Possess proficient Chinese and English spelling skills, and fluent Chinese (Chinese, Cantonese) English language communication.

2). Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and other office software and various office equipment,

3). Team awareness, serious and careful work, integrity, and responsibility for work.

4). Have a legal working status in the United States and need to file tax returns legally.

Work content:

1) Receiving customers: Responsible for after-sales reception, answering customer questions and implementing problems, handling returns and exchanges, express exceptions and other issues;

2) Handling complaints: Reply to customer reviews, and handle background customer complaints;

3) Collect customer information: collect and analyze customer information, needs and suggestions;

4), understand the problems feedback from buyers, make timely return visit answers, and improve.
