Job Description:

- Prepares monthly and annual financial statements, profit and loss statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, banking operations, pays invoices, accounts receivables and collections, verify and submit payroll, and maintain cash flow

- Maintain and review all payroll records, file payroll data, and expense records by employees

- Review and process accounts payables and receivables

- Prepares financial analysis to manager

Job Requirement:

- Perform work independently and as part of a team

- Be organized, reliable, punctual, adaptable, and flexible

- College degree in Accounting or Business

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Bilingual in English and Chinese

- Able to be operating in QuickBooks is a MUST

Experience:

- 0-1 year in Accounting or Business industry / College degree in Accounting or Business. Years of experience a plus (salary will be commensurate with experience)

- Accounting experience in China a plus

Candidates who have less experience will be considered if is a quick learner.
