职位介绍 : 
 
- 根据公司价值观开展业务 
- 领导销售团队使用符合道德的盈利业务发展战略来创造新业务并维持现有业务 
- 根据需要进行战略、战术和运营管理,将公司愿景转化为符合每个团队成员目标的切实行动计划 
- 在团队销售环境中积极支持和推动指定服务的新业务 
- 使用经过验证的勘探和销售周期管理策略实现销售收入目标 
- 与 C 端客户发展关键联系人和业务关系 
- 为特定市场制定并提供准确的收入预测和渗透战略 
- 开发和发展足够大的管道以持续支持销售目标。管理和维护此管道,并定期有效地报告管道和销售进度 
- 从各种潜在客户来源中筛选和开发潜在客户,包括所有营销活动、网站计划、电话会议、会议、电子邮件和各种其他渠道 
- 与潜在客户合作,彻底了解他们的需求并将他们的需求与我们的解决方案保持一致 
- 积极了解我们的技术、解决方案和行业趋势,以有效传达我们解决方案的价值主张和投资回报率处理销售过程中的软件能力问题满足月度和季度活动,并完成费率目标 
- 向管理层提供准确的每周销售预测 
 
资格和教育要求 : 
- 1年以上的担任销售经理或类似管理级职位,负责管理、发展和培训团队。  
- 1年以上成功与关键业务供应商合作的经验  
- 1年以上的制定战略,创建和促进销售战术计划的经验  
- 拥有商科或相关领域的学士学位;或在销售管理领域有1年以上的同等经验  
 
所需技能: 
- B2B销售经验  
- 技术销售经验  
- 具有高度的商业敏锐性和组织能力  
- 有能力与C级管理人员/企业主交谈  
- 积极性高,外向,自我驱动,有强烈的职业道德和责任感  
- 持续的成交记录和业绩  
- 优秀的沟通、演讲和售前/售后客户关系管理技能  
- 乐于学习、成长和接受建设性反馈的态度

Job introduction 
- Conduct business according to company values 
- Lead sales team using ethical profitable business development strategies to generate new business and maintain existing business  
- Manage strategically, tactically, and operationally as needed to convert company vision into tangible action plans aligned to each team members’ goals  
- Aggressively support and drive the new business of assigned services within a team selling environment  
- Achieve sales revenue objectives using your proven prospecting and sales cycle management strategies  
- Develop key contacts and business relationships with C-Level clientele  
- Develop and deliver accurate revenue forecasts and penetration strategies for a defined market  
- Develop and grow a pipeline large enough to continually support sales objectives. Manage and maintain this pipeline and effectively report on the pipeline and sales progress on a regular basis  
- Qualifying and developing leads from various lead sources, including all marketing campaigns, website programs, call-ins, conferences, email, and various other channels  
- Working with prospects to thoroughly understand their needs and align their needs with our solutions  
- Actively understand our technology, solution, and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition and ROI of our solutionHandle software capability questions in the sales processMeet monthly and quarterly activity, and close rate objectives  
- Provide accurate weekly sales forecasts to management  
 
Qualifications and Education Requirements  
- 1 years as a sales manager or similar management level, responsible for managing, developing and training the team. 
- 1 years of successful experience working with key business suppliers 
- 1 years of experience in developing strategies, creating and promoting sales tactical plans 
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or 1 year equivalent experience in sales management 
 
Preferred Skills  
- B2B sales experience 
- Technical sales experience 
- Possess high business acumen and organizational skills 
- Ability to speak to C-level managers/business owners 
- Highly motivated, outgoing, self-driven, with a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility 
- Ongoing transaction records and performance 
- Excellent communication, presentation and pre-sales/post-sales CRM skills 
- Attitude to learn, grow and receive constructive feedback 
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with emphasis on telephone, email and online communication
