Universal Processing California office now is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Client Support Associate to join our local operations team.  The Client Support Associate is a critical role that interacts directly with our clients to provide excellent after sales support to ensure satisfactory client experience.

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • Confer with client by telephone professionally and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
  • Listen and respond to customers’ concerns and needs; identify customers’ requirements and provides the appropriate solutions.
  • Advise clients in funding issues, risk related issues, and provide pricing analysis to clients.
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve clients’ problems.
  • Keep records of clients’ interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Contact clients to respond to inquiries or to notify them of new regulations or any planned adjustments.
  • Serve as a liaison or translator between merchants and Priority Payment System or Firstdata to resolve funding or terminal issues.
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to terminal hardware.
  • Assist in planning and implementing department goals and makes recommendations to management to improve efficiency effectiveness.

  • Bilingual in English and Chinese is required

  • Able to actively listen to clients and interact with clients in a friendly and patient manner
  • Able to take initiative to solve problem effectively
  • Self-motivated to learn new systems and installation of products
  • Able to accomplish tasks before deadlines and be detail-oriented
  • Able to work efficiently as part of a team and as an individual
  • Proficient with Excel and Word
  • Authorized to work in the U.S



Don’t be intimidated by the terminologies or the industry if you are not familiar with them. We will provide training for you to understand the industry, full service line the company offers, and how to do troubleshooting and customer service.

  • 为技术部提供技术支持,并解决客人使用刷卡机时出现的技术问题



  • 本科及以上学历
  • 口语流利,有出色的沟通和表达能力(此工作需要与美国英语客服有直接交流)
  • 具备专业的客户服务意识和团队合作精神
  • 勤奋善于学习,工作态度积极,有责任心、细心、耐心
  • 抗压能力强,善于沟通,观察力强,善于发现问题、解决问题
  • 有客户服务方面经验者优先录用
