About the Position
AC Pro is excited to be opening a new branch and we’re looking for a territory manager who is passionate about building relationships and helping customers grow their business.
This opportunity is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit; someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves to establish a customer base, takes initiative and does not give up easily, and is not satisfied until they have met or exceeded their sales goals. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Meet or exceed your sales budget.
Actively call on current and prospective customers.
Effectively communicate the benefits of the products and services we offer.
Establish relationships with your customers, learn to anticipate their needs, and identify ways to help them grow their business.
Prepare quotes and proactively follow-up with customers.
Set the example for exceptional customer service by going the extra mile to exceed your customers’ needs.
Prepare sales budgets, forecasts, and expense reports.
Attend sales meetings, trainings, and customer events.
Keep abreast of industry news and trends.
Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Superior presentation and communication skills.
Ability to set goals, prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Natural curiosity and problem-solving skills.
Can work independently with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation.
Computer literate with the ability to pick up new computer software programs easily.
