Position Summary:

Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor is entitled to be responsible for overall warehouse and logistic management in a fast- paced environment, organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Plans, implements, and monitors the day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure all established objectives for inventory, shipment distribution, safety, sanitation, and timeliness are met or exceeded.
  • Achieves warehouse operational objectives by forecasting requirements, optimizing distributions, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
  • Standardize work tasks, optimizes the warehouse workflow, ensuring productivity, working efficiency, quality, accuracy and customer satisfaction and problem shooting.
  • Establish expectations and measure results of the warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts within the warehouse operations as well as cross-functionally with other departments through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective measures.
  • Monitor and complete computer-based and manual reports, including time records, daily logs, damage reports, etc.
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
  • Plan and schedule manpower.
  • Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.
  • Ensures a safe work environment to comply with laws and regulations.
  • Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary.
  • Responsible for performing all job duties with honesty and integrity.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proficient knowledge of Amazon/E-commerce distribution.
  • Proven working experience as a warehouse/logistics supervisor
  • Record of successful distribution and logistics management
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
  • Proficient in standard logistics software
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • A data-driven and results-oriented approach
  • Quick adapt to new situations and changes in workflow.
  • BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
  • Min. three years in lead or supervisory position in warehousing.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $64,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

    8. 制定、执行与完善仓库的规章制度、规范作业标准及流程

    1.有B2B, B2C仓库运作经验。熟悉电子商务业务要求;
    2. 熟悉仓储作业流程,熟悉相关物流设备的使用和维护规范;
    3. 熟悉Microsoft Office、仓储拣货、收货、补货策略;
    4. 独立管理过仓库,现场出身优先;
    5. 善于沟通表达,具有较强的团队抓控能力,有效协调和处理各种突发状况或变化。
    6. 大专以上学历,3-5年以上仓储工作及管理经验

    薪资:$64-$75/年, 有绩效奖金
