Quality Assurance Engineer interns will have the potential to use automation and agile methodologies to provide functional, regression, sanity and integration testing, defect tracking and resolution; and assistance for User Acceptance Testing.

Job Description:
- Analyze new features to the product based on functional and design specifications, recommending appropriate test strategies.
- Creation of Functional / End to End / Solution Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Reports utilized by local, remote, external, and offshore testing teams.
- Design and implementation of test automation to independently test product components utilizing Automation tools like Parasoft SOATest, Selenium, UFT, Postman, etc.
- Work closely with Customer Service and Beta teams by assisting with customer escalations and reproduction of issues.
- Use of defect tracking tools to log, manage, resolve, and report on bugs/defects.
- Track & analyze test results and work closely with the developers to isolate and reproduce defects.
- Gather and analyze software quality and performance metrics throughout the software development life cycle.
